MICHAEL J. KING was born in Cambridge in December, 1974, and the world has yet to forgive his parents for it.   For as long as most can remember, Mike has been scribbling, writing, and otherwise creating, usually when he was supposed to be doing schoolwork or the like.   At age 5 he moved with his family to Galway City, Ireland, his father's birthplace, and the ensuing nine months of near-constant rain more than likely contributed a great deal to his bizarre state of mind.   Since moving back stateside in the summer of 1981, he has gone on to become a published author of horror fiction and poetry, and for five years was the guitarist/singer of the band Dissent.   Now he concentrates his creative efforts on digital art and design, as well as being a general public nuisance.
